Welcome to Stilla. By using the app you agree to these terms. They’re short on purpose.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Stilla on devices you own, for non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app or its content.
Stilla offers two subscription tiers:
Subscriptions auto-renew at the listed price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple per their standard policy: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.
Prices may change. We will notify you in the app before any price increase takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
Stilla offers meditation, breathwork, and reflection content for general wellness. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional mental-health treatment. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact a qualified professional or call 988 in the United States (or your local emergency line).
You use Stilla at your own discretion.
Mood reflections, favorites, and session history that you create in Stilla are yours. They live on your device and we do not access them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stilla and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using Stilla at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of Stilla after an update means you accept the new terms.
